Behavioral Intervention Team

The Mission of the Touro University Nevada (TUN) Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) is to foster a safe and healthy campus community by offering care, prevention and early intervention for an individual whose behavior is disruptive or concerning.

When to submit a report

Is someone you know…

These behaviors, especially when more than one is present, may be signs that a student, faculty member, or staff member is in distress.

How to submit a report

If there is an imminent threat to anyone’s personal safety or if there is an emergency in progress, please call 911 (ask for Henderson).  Then contact TUN security (from any internal phone, ext 007 or call 702-358-6701) immediately so responders can be directed to the campus location.

If there is no imminent threat or emergency, submit a report and provide as much detail as possible.  If you have questions, please email tun.bit@touro.edu.
